As an Intake Floor Manager, you will be responsible for direction and supervision of Call Center (Intake) Operations team members to meet both individual and team performance metrics that are consistent with Farah & Farah’s Operating Procedures.


  • Supervise daily operations to achieve success in meeting all performance goals while developing and motivating your team members

  • Provide support and identify training needs and development opportunities with direct reports

  • Ensure your team follows all firm policies and procedures

  • Create and maintain a motivating and positive working environment

  • Assign, observe and track day to day operational tasks

  • Provide productivity reports to higher managers

  • Analyze operations to provide feedback and suggest improvements


  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills both verbally and in writing

  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a professional but fast-paced environment

  • Dynamic personality with a high focus on customer service and motivational skills

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Comfortable delivering constructive feedback to address knowledge, skillset and performance gaps

  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience; call center highly preferred

  • Experience working in a legal field is preferable
