This role plays a central part in defining and delivering a strong B2B digital marketing strategy to continue to grow Allianz Partners while working with some of the most iconic brands in the travel and event ticket industry





As
B2B Marketing Strategist you will work boost Allianz Partners’ market leader position, visibility, and drive upper-funnel client acquisition strategies while serving as a primary internal marketing team member interfacing across multiple business teams and channels to help ensure defined goals and objectives are achieved





Requires a solid understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategy while developing a strong understanding of the business, including: client needs, competitive landscape, products/capabilities, and industry trends to proactively translate into targeted B2B marketing initiatives





WHAT YOU WILL DO:





  • Drive client acquisition and awareness by developing, supporting, and executing successful campaigns including assets such as email, social media, white papers, thought leadership, webinars, podcasts, paid advertising, and conference sponsorships.

  • Use a deep understanding of digital (B2B) marketing and the business by collaborating with marketing analysts to leverage client insights, market data, competitive analysis, product analysis, industry trends and outlooks, etc. to identify new opportunities and approaches; assist in research of competitor B2B strategies

  • Target and cultivate relationships with relevant industry and professional associations in conjunction with Sales and PR in order to drive B2B lead generation, engagement, and new partnerships

  • Develop, oversee and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy and innovative marketing campaign concepts

  • Provide mentorship opportunities for more junior team members

  • Strategically write and edit creative briefs, blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media posts, and other content for Corporate website and campaign landing pages

  • Effectively project manage multiple B2B marketing initiatives, communicate all internal and external deadlines and stay within budgets

  • Manage relationship and activities of in-house and outside agency creative/production efforts in development/delivery of B2B marketing campaigns/collateral

  • Coordinate tradeshow and conference activities with Sales and other functions and manage the delivery of all physical and digital creative assets related to sponsorships or exhibition

  • Track and report on B2B marketing budget utilization as well as on performance for B2B campaigns/channels/assets to analyze effectiveness and identify ways to optimize ongoing and future initiatives

  • Professionally prepare and present monthly and quarterly reporting of marketing strategies, activities, B2B marketing budget, and campaign performance in addition to learnings and upcoming plans







WHAT YOU WILL NEED





  • Bachelor's Degree or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field required OR equivalent combination of education, training and experience

  • Minimum of (3) to five (5) years of experience in similar positions related to defining, managing and executing B2B marketing strategies



  • Strong strategic B2B marketing track record with extensive hands-on experience of digital marketing planning and implementation to drive client acquisition and brand awareness

  • Skilled in accurately interpreting marketing research, market trends and consumer insights and ability to translate into actionable marketing initiatives.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, etc.)

  • Experience in analyzing campaign and asset performance to recommend strategic adjustments (Google Analytics, Excel, and other relevant MarTech tools and processes)

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills

  • Project management expertise; managing multiple, concurrent projects with in-house creative and outside agency (managing media buys)



  • Excellent written communications skills with understanding of how to frame a message in a clear, concise, and compelling way; experienced in writing creative briefs

  • Position is routinely expected to travel 5% of the time
