What You'll Do

  • Represent the company and the Geopier Team in a positive, supportive, and professional manner

  • Provide proactive support to the Geopier Team

  • Plan, schedule and execute onsite and offsite meetings

  • Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports for leadership

  • Proactively maintain Outlook calendars

  • Answer incoming calls and answer questions/transfer calls as needed. Take messages and routes incoming calls to appropriate point of contact

  • Perform standard, advanced, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational/functional policies and practices

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience

  • Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize

  • Possess a high degree of initiative, sound judgment, and sensitivity in maintaining confidential materials with discretion

  • Must have a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment and support the desire for challenge and strong work ethic

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels in person, written and over the phone both within and outside the company

  • Must have advanced computer skills MS Office including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook

Your Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
