About the Role:
The Manager – Sales Training will be a hands-on team contributor who excels at shaping others for success. You will work directly with business development and identify requirements, scoping, developing selling skills programs. Taking on the leadership role in developing the winning pitch strategy, coaching your client and Partner Services Team.

You will report to the Associate Director - Business Development Operations & Enablement

You Will:

  • Develop from scratch and lead the sales training strategy for the B2B sales teams.

  • Have full ownership for content delivery of our onboarding training and professional development across the commercial sales teams including one-to-one coaching to identify skill gaps and recommend and deploy appropriate interventions.

  • Gain an understanding of our products and services and coach our sales team to communicate our product features and their differentiators to suit client needs.

  • Work with the Sales Leadership Teams to not only ensure our training interventions support appropriate skill development but also identify any gaps in knowledge discovered through training.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience across multiple departments within sales teams including solutions/consultative sales-based and sales trainer in a B2B setting

  • Understanding of account management

  • Conduct a needs analysis including use of data and root cause analysis and remedy any issues with targeted interventions..

  • Experience working, consulting, and building partnership with people at all levels.

  • Create sales strategies and methodologies across multiple types (inside, field, strategic)
