Duties & Responsibilities

Oversees all financial management for University Middle and University High School, including preparing and monitoring school financial documents and transactions, reviews and oversight of university purchasing cards, monitoring budgets and expenses, oversight of procurement and reimbursements related to Tigerbuy, travel, grants and foundations accounting, and financial management for day-to-day school operations

Duties & Responsibilities

Creates, reviews or approves all eContracts. This includes Part-time Faculty, Graduate Assistantships, Student Assistants, Extra Compensation, Faculty Summer Compensation, Substitute Teachers and Temporary Appointments for all Orgel Education Center employees

Duties & Responsibilities

Provides clerical support to school leaders and main office as needed including supply orders, mail distribution, email communications, scheduling support, reservations, and communications with technology, district, and building operations staff as needed

Duties & Responsibilities

Supports records requests and enrollment functions for University Middle & University High School including parent communications, enrollment records, and PowerSchool SIS management

Duties & Responsibilities

Supports day to day operational needs of the Orgel Educational Center

Other Duties as assigned.
