Job Description

About the role:

As a Change Partner, you will develop strategic approaches to prepare, support, and enable colleagues and managers through transformations. We will count on you to mobilize interventions that maximize adoption and manage resistance as we implement new technology and ways of working that carry tremendous cultural impacts and experiences.

What will you be doing:

Develop Approach & Strategy for People Change
  • Co-create (or define) problem we are solving, change vision, timing
  • Facilitate stakeholder and impact analysis
  • Co-create people change plan to include stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and ongoing interventions to deliver the cultural change
  • Implement and track plan with continual measurement for iteration
  • Define and track KPIs
  • Reprioritize and deliver critical milestones
Deliver and Execute Change Management Tactics
  • Design and facilitate engagement group and one-to-one sessions
  • Draft and deliver communications
  • Training needs analysis and curriculum design and delivery
  • Status reporting
What you will need:
  • Prior People Change Management experience
  • Proficient using MS Office
  • PROSCI certification a bonus
  • Collaboration tools, MURAL, MIRO, etc..
  • Design thinking
  • Facilitation and presentation experience
  • Project Management
