Job Description

Razorfish is seeking a Media Coordinator! The Media Coordinator is responsible for media plan development, execution, and management of the client's paid social strategy. This includes planning, buying, activation, and campaign analysis related to multiple paid social channels. This individual serves as the day-to-day internal team contact for media activation, and demonstrates an emerging ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with creative and analytics. Has attention to detail, displays proficiency in campaign setup across multiple paid social platforms, and shows the ability to analyze data and glean relative insights. Has demonstrated emerging relationship skills and a good working knowledge of digital media and trafficking processes, terms, publishers, and products. Has mastered internal planning tools.

Core Responsibilities

  • Traffic and activate paid social campaigns and creative
  • QA cross-channel campaign set up, audience structure, and ads
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing campaign performance, including budget pacing
  • Partner with media and analytics teams to provide insights and campaign recommendations
  • Support partner and publisher relationships through communication and negotiation

Qualifications

Required Skills, Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of paid social experience (Facebook experience is a plus)
  • Entry-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and independently prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to tailor communication style based on audience
  • Ability to quickly become proficient in agency systems and tools (Box, Salesforce, Google Ads Manager)
  • Ability to quickly develop a working knowledge of basic media concepts and terminology
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
