WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Regional Marketing Manager executes Market Level Business Co-Op (MLBC) plans across multiple markets nationally. This individual will use data in creative ways to inform strategy and tactics, and measure results of Primrose MLBCs.

The ideal Regional Marketing Manager will move quickly and easily and can change direction and focus with ease. H/She is an excellent communicator and team player who collaborates with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization and external partners. The Regional Marketing Manager focuses on creating value, loyalty, and trust to continually influence and impact key stakeholders to drive understanding, alignment, and collaboration.
  • Oversees the project development, deployment and effectiveness of the market level business co-op in assigned markets
  • Implements quarterly reporting capabilities to inform market level co-ops of progress toward their market business objectives
  • Tracks and communicates pilot progress across key stakeholder groups
  • Conducts pre/post impact analysis to evaluate pilot plan performance
  • Leverages pilot learnings to develop market level plans across the system for additional markets
  • Captures, shares and socializes best practices and innovation both at the market & local level
  • Develops recommended plan enhancements to optimize ongoing enrollment & recruitment marketing efforts
  • Collaborates with internal marketing channel/agency partners to collect feedback & create new opportunities for enhanced growth
  • Communicates and trains SBCs on new program enhancements and improves their overall knowledge of MLBC best practices
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We seek to build teams of individuals who maintain trusted relationships, demonstrate accountability, influence without authority, have a service mindset, agility and curiosity. Our ideal candidate will possess a mix of the following skills and competencies:
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience – advertising, PR, agency, or other strategic marketing related role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Franchise experience preferred
  • Prior experience managing a Co-Op is preferred
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and efficiently, demonstrating a bias for action and exceptional multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams within an organization
  • Comfortable with data/analytics; makes decisions based on data
