Lovelytics is looking for an innovative and experienced Director of Customer Success and Solutions to join our growing data and analytics consulting firm. In this new role, you\'ll use your skills to develop and execute a strategy for growing Lovelytics\' presence at existing accounts, driving the creation of creative solutions and service offerings, and leading a team of internal industry experts.

Overall, we are looking for someone who wants to optimize their experiences in a collaborative, dynamic, and inclusive environment.

Primary role responsibilities:
  • Own and lead the development and execution of the overall strategy for all customer success, solution development, and industry thought leadership.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration by working hand-in-hand with the Director of Marketing to strategize on creating content that promotes Lovelytics\' role as a thought leader, peaks the interest of our clients, and further establishes Lovelytics as an expert in given verticals.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to understand areas for innovation and curate account strategies to drive additional revenue
  • Create content that is thought-provoking, sales-focused, and marketable through various channels
  • Manage and grow a team of customer success, industry thought leaders, and solution development leads.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to Lovelytics team members on ways to improve how we interact with customers and drive customer satisfaction
  • Help organize and create processes that promotes internal organization and an environment that fosters creativity
  • Understand our business, our clients and our go-to-market strategy, to develop a winning approach and strategy for growth.
  • Collaborate with our key partner teams (Tableau, Databricks, etc.) to build content that aligns with our partnership strategy
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • You have 8+years of experience in a customer success role in the analytics space and strong experience leading teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Deep understanding of the analytics industry and trends
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fan of brainstorming conversations and are comfortable working cross-functionally with other leaders
  • Comfortable overseeing all aspects of the customer success strategy
  • A strong sales acumen with experience setting the analytics vision for clients
