The Requisition-to-Pay Associate Team Lead will:
  • Lead team by actively completing daily operational objectives ensuring a seamless experience for the requestor/business partner when using the sourcing and contracting services by coordinating the process/interactions with the associates in sourcing and contracting
  • Be familiar with the end-to-end requisition to pay process and be poised to collaborate with internal partners.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to the defined processes when engaging with the various end users (requestor, business partner, suppliers, fellow associates)
  • Monitor team metrics and demand data; identify trends for use in resource planning and be able to adjust to day to day operational conditions
  • Develop, mentor and engage direct reports to build a high-performance team
  • Facilitate the purchase order process, including creating and approving the purchase requisition, verifying budget alignment, and confirming delivery of orders
  • Receive, analyze, and resolve supplier and internal inquiries and disputes, handle purchase execution, contract intake, sourcing events, and exception purchase needs, and track and monitor the deliveries of goods and services
  • Provide leadership and guidance in support of organizational goals and enable a Credo-based culture within the team. Ensure that company practices and policies are followed and set an example for team members.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; a concentration in Business, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering or related field is preferred
  • Must have demonstrated experience with data analysis
  • Six Sigma Black and/or Green Belt is preferred
  • Previous people leadership experience is preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience is preferred
  • Experience working in a shared service center is preferred
  • Experience interacting with customer (customer service) is preferred
  • Showed strength with Procurement & Finance/Accounting processes (Requisitioning, PO, Invoicing, General Ledger)
  • Solid understanding of Procurement systems (Ariba, SAP, etc.) is desired
