What You Will Do -

As an Digital Marketing Manager in the Client Success Team, you will make sure our clients receive the best onboarding, training and management of their day to day operation. This is a junior position working on a technology platform, in a startup environment, and in the media/MarTech industry.

What you will do:

Help manage marketing campaign-related requests from all Account Managers on the team

Be comfortable with Excel and working on a platform, and agility in working with technology to notice any gaps and know how to problem solve to fill them.

Take on many of the internal technology administrative and organizational work for the Client Success team.

Build relationships with your Client Success team, and the greater organization as a whole – in order to understand how all the pieces fit together and how you can be on the lookout for potential issues, and flag them to the CSMs.

Ensure the smooth transition from Sale to post-sale by assisting the Client Success Managers on the team with follow ups where needed, whether it’s internally with cross-functional partners or with the newly onboarding client.

Manage the queue of creative design requests and coordinate the content calendar for any email programs for our Clients.

Help with the coordination of new products and ensure alignment with the Supply side (Publisher team).

Manage internal team project execution as well as internal and external communication, deadlines, and deliverables.

Help to absorb pain points experienced by clients in using PX and relay ideas/solutions to the Product Management department.

Take on special CS projects

Qualifications -

What you have:

Bachelor’s degree

Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills

Proven problem-solving ability

Strong analytical skills and comfort/practice with using Excel to analyze/sort data

Superior organization skills and attention to detail

Some familiarity with APIs, preferred but not required

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects

Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment

Comfortable working in startup like environment where details often change

Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Zendesk, Gainsight, Trello preferred, but not required.
