Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate System Engineer, in the Pathways Program.

This position will be in the Pathways rotational program, where there will be three rotational opportunities within engineering.

This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Huntsville, Alabama. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems Combat Systems & Mission Readiness Division.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Performs technical planning, system integration, and verification and validation.
  • Analyses are to be performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal
Basic Qualifications:

A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
  • Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM related field.
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • MMHEL system knowledge
  • Demonstrated success working individually or in a team environment • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent technical writing skills
Salary Range: $ 61,900 - $ 92,900

Salary Range: $61,900.00 - $92,900.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
