Job Description:

As the lead of the network engineering business intelligence team, you will lead the business intelligence development across network engineering with the goal to create intuitive and powerful analytics experiences that help the engineering organization see and understand their data.

  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards using Tableau, Jira and other Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Performing and documenting processes, data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
  • Reviewing and improving existing visualization and collaborating with teams to build real time dashboards.
  • Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Creating tools to store data within the organization.
  • Engage and manage communications with stakeholders, including agency SMEs and managers.
Required Experience:
  • Expert experience with Tableau and Jira. Preferably certified in Tableau, such as Tableau Specialist Desktop, Tableau Data Analyst Certification, Tableau Certified Associate Server, Tableau Certified Associate Consultant or Tableau Certified Associate Architect.
  • Need experience as a generalist who understands all aspects for taking data to Real-time dash-boarding.
  • Experience with network engineering teams and concepts.
  • Degree specializing in Business Administration, Science or related area is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years (8 years with Master\'s Degree) of demonstrated experience in researching and analyzing basic and complex issues surrounding the business processes and systems of an organization.
  • Expert Microsoft Excel Skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to make recommendations on improving processes, efficiency, and practices.
  • Experience using Agile software development practices. Demonstrated experience in using MS Excel, Access and Tableau for data calculations, modeling and reporting.
  • Must possess strong communication skills and be adept and working with stakeholders and agency SMEs.
