Job Overview/Purpose:

Summer intern is required to assist the R4 and Treasury BSM groups on project related tasks

Context of Job:

For a successful and productive internship, the candidate must have some knowledge of finance, program management, Microsoft office and excellent time management skills. The position requires good communication and problem solving techniques for the accurate and timely completion of assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

High-Level Overview


Work with Treasury’s Balance Sheet Management in New York and St. Louis to:

Enhance the funding forecasting tools applied in New York and St. Louis

Build / design (automated) deposit pricing database

Assist in Liquidity Stress Testing review; and

Assist in secretariat role of the North America Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO NA).

Funding/Liquidity Management

The summer intern may also need to focus on managing the O/N funding position. Working with the other areas of the bank, the candidate will need to account for and understand the various aspects of both long term and short term cash management and the role of the funding desk’s external role in attracting Rabo liquidity.

Essential: Good math, communication skills and excellent time management


Essential: On Track to complete (or have completed) a college degree.
