Job Description

The Senior Manager, IT – HR and Corp Function - ServiceNow Process & Project Lead role is a part of the ServiceNow CoE within IT team. The role will be responsible for deploying the ServiceNow capabilities to address business requirements across all functions. Owns the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, prioritize, model and document business processes and data requirements. Ensures requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification. The Manager is also responsible for implementing/project managing any and all initiatives underneath the strategic plan and annual operating plan for in collaboration with the HR/GBS business and internal IT partners and management.

Primary Responsibilities
  • This role drives the change management needed to ensure adoption, stability, and scalability of platform processes
  • Drive the portal team and stakeholders to understand and adapt the methodology
  • Put controls/guardrails in place to ensure process is followed. Continually improve governance tools (and process)
  • Ensure out of date governance configuration is retired so the process stays clean
  • Strong at documentation!
  • Continuous learning of ServiceNow configuration, reporting, roles, etc
  • Build on current configuration to grow ServiceNow process (e.g. create repeatable upgrade process)
  • Act as primary point of contact for business and IT functions, project activities, and escalations as required to achieve expected outcomes for a module or modules
  • Establish the project’s timelines and manages the projects, including escalations, to complete the project on schedule and within scope and budget
  • Lead concurrent projects
  • Work closely with the ServiceNow platform team, external vendors and stakeholders to plan, manage, and deliver releases
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical/operational field
  • 7+ years of experience working in process/operational/IT roles
  • Strong collaborator and communicator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business
  • Strong process development skills with focus on adoption, sustainability, and scalability of processes
  • Strong experience in end-to-end leadership of large IT initiatives
  • Proven knowledge of standard product management practices, technology and supporting industry principles
  • Experience with digital products, including product strategy, vision, and gathering of requirements
  • Understanding and knowledge of various roles at KHC and how they interact with product offering
  • ServiceNow knowledge is not required but preferred
  • Relevant skills (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, MS Teams, etc.) to support project and process management activities, data analysis, OCM, etc., as needed
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Facilitation and issue resolution skills
