Position- Sr. Administrative Coordinator
Location- Remote
Duration- 06+ Months contract (High Possibility to extend)

Responsibilities:
  • The Senior Administrative Coordinator will provide support to one or more of this company’ s Leadership Team, anticipating needs while performing full administrative support, which includes scheduling, travel management, and contact management.
  • Responds to routine inquiries from external or internal sources with standard correspondence or other messaging.
  • The individual will also schedule and coordinate meetings, and other group activities.
  • In addition to the administrative tasks, the Sr Administrative Coordinator will have proven organization and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Have good communication skills and perform with a high level of tact, integrity and professionalism while interacting with all levels of management, peers, and interna/external members.
  • Work is performed under minimum supervision of the Manager, Admin Support Svcs, and must demonstrate the ability to exercise independence and discretion.
  • Requires extensive experience as an administrative assistant for more than two senior executives.
Duties:
  • Full Travel and Calendar Management
  • Scheduling of meetings and coordination of internal/external events.
  • Event planning and management
  • Meeting preparation including room set up/catering/logistics/room re-set
  • Ensures Leadership are prepared for upcoming appointments by gathering materials necessary
  • Administrative duties relative to business line.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume workload supporting multiple executives. Support other team members by performing cross coverage.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to communicate professionally with all levels.
  • Possesses strong project management skills.
  • Keeps track of all required tasks and action items and proactively manages conflicts and deadlines.
  • Apply good judgement, discretion, and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to make decisions, act independently and use initiative.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently, manage multiple tasks, flexibility with work projects, and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites products is essential for success.
Education:
  • Minimum Entry Requirements Preferred
  • Education: High School/GED Required Associates degree or Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
  • Area of Study: Business or related discipline
Years of Experience:
  • 5-8 years’ experience
Type of Experience:
  • Administrative experience in a fast-paced work environment supporting Vice President or similar level Support of C-suite executives.
