KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Deskside Services to join our Digital Nexus organization.


  • Act as a leader on projects and operational activities to ensure processes are documented, implemented and monitored

  • Work with other technology groups to define business problems and/or opportunities and identify alternatives to apply information systems and technology solutions

  • Provide direction to Digital Desk staff in the troubleshooting, configuration, distribution and implementation of PC and MAC laptops/desktops

  • Work with peers within other functional groups or areas to ensure consistency and ‘best practices’ are executed

  • Work with peers of other groups in IT to ensure delivery of most effective support and services


  • Minimum five years of professional experience in technical management

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated high analytical ability to manage multiple technologies and complex projects

  • Experience working with vendor teams and contractors; Ability to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of a high-performance environment driven by customer service and teamwork

  • Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority

  • Exceptional trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans

  • US Citizenship is required
