We are recruiting a Workplace Manager to develop and implement established business processes and procedures, alongside supporting the lawyers. This role will also work with central support teams on core policies and practices such as Environmental Management, Business Continuity, Travel, Health and Safety and space standards.
This role is to be based in our new Riyadh office – reporting to the Workplace Manager – Middle East and our standard working hours are 8.30am-5.30pm, Sunday to Thursday, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.

Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Fluent in English with Arabic desireable .
- Experience in fit out projects, space planning and churn .
- Proven facilities management experience including areas such as;
- Service issues (HVAC, Confidential waste etc.)
- Supplier management.
- Office management – ensuring office is well maintained, stocked and in good working order.
- Demonstrable Line management experience for teams such as Drivers and vehicles, Reception and facilities assistants.
- Experience in procurement or contract management and be able to approve and process invoices to appropriate set thresholds.
- Capable of auditing standards/procedures within the front of house areas to ensure that excellent service delivery.
- Ability to strategically organise and plan resource usage of the client meeting space, ensuring the smooth running of events/seminars etc.
- Experience within Health and Safety, including ensuring monthly risk checks are carried out across all premises under your remit adhere to relevant health and safety standards, ensuring new staff inductions are carried out and ensuring all statutory signage, Fire evacuation plans etc are up to date and properly displayed.
