We seek a Workplace Experience Ssr who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Overseeing the contracts and service providers including Security, Real Estate, Work place management, Catering, MIS, Technical services.
• Supervising & Managing multi-disciplinary teams of staff including Transport, Maintenance,Facilities and Security.
• Managing Events, Technical support, Regulatory Compliance, Hard and Soft services
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness including Audits and Projects.
• Should have a good understanding of Space Management.
• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
• Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Overseeing build out projects, renovations or refurbishments
• Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
• Manage the Audit and Compliance.
• Should have anchored the Quality Management Projects in terms of Six Sigma, Lean, Quality Improvement and Process Optimization stand point.
• Manage the day to day administration aspects of Facility operations including Cafeteria, Housekeeping, Security, etc.
• Oversee, Upkeep of Facilities and critical equipments e.g. DG sets, HVAC, Access & security systems, etc.
• Internal Customer Relationship Management for F&A Deliveries as per SLA, Issue resolutions, etc.
