WSP is seeking a Work Winning Partner to lead strategic proposals and bids, drive pricing and governance processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, competitive submissions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Proposal Management
    • Lead the development of strategic proposals, including crafting technical strategies and coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams, overseeing the full proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification through to project set up.
    • Bring creativity, clarity and a strategic narrative to each submission so that proposals are differentiated and persuasive in showcasing our value proposition.
  • Pricing & Commercial Strategy
    • Perform bottom up and top down pricing across multiple sectors and sub sectors for WSP
    • Recommend pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability as well as optimize for cash flow.
  • Governance Facilitation
    • Serve as a gatekeeper for work winning governance, ensuring all opportunities undergo appropriate sign-offs in line with regional and global delegation of authority.
  • Data Quality & System Stewardship:
    • Act as a champion for data integrity within core CRM systems by promoting accountability across Business Units for accurate and timely input and maintenance of opportunity data.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and connector across the business.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in bids, proposals management, work winning, tender leadership, or business development within consulting, engineering, construction, or professional services firms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
  • Preference for candidates who have led large-scale proposals, multi-stakeholder bid teams, and high-value competitive tenders.
  • Strong English proficiency (written & verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with document control & versioning; experience using SharePoint, Aconex, and Oracle
  • Experience coordinating with Legal, Finance, Pricing/Commercial, PMO, Technical SMEs and client-facing leadership.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple bids concurrently under strict deadlines
