Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Work Controls Center Coordinator to join our Facility Management team on the Qiddiya program.
What You'll Be Doing
- Receive, record, and resolve Service Request through various communication channels.
- Utilize the CAFM System to maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhering to all service management principles.
- Follow up and coordination to service partners and escalation to service line for all complaint and as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relations whilst keeping the highest level of integrity so as not to compromise both the customer and the company’s security.
- Ensure the Agent’s knowledge and job description are up to date.
- Handle escalations and complaints.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Psychology or Hospitality.
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience and proven track record in leading teams.
- Experience in facilities management.
- Problem solving, decision-making, planning, communication, and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal language skills in English.
- Working with a range of stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Microsoft office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Working knowledge of a standard CAFM system.
