To work with personal safety & the safety of others. Safety being the 1st priority
As a team member to assist shift and General shift in all the maintenance activities.
He should be able to carry-out all types welding jobs inside factory & has to report to his superior for any issues.
Professional Competencies: He should have hands on experience in Arc, TIG, MIG welding, gas welding – brass and silver brazing in all positions. Must have hands on experience in all position (overhead) welding of steel melt shop equipment, namely: Arc furnace water cooled roof, panels, and other equipment’s. during breakdown and shut down. The weld quality must qualify Dp test.
To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.
To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.
To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
To attend safety trainings planned for them.
Having a right to say "NO" to any unsafe work.
