As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our e-commerce website. Your expertise in Laravel 8 (or newer version), Vue.js, PHP, CSS, HTML5, payment gateway integrations, and other REST API integration technologies will be essential to ensure the seamless functioning of our online platform.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain the DrNutrition e-commerce website.
• Utilize Laravel 8 (or newer version), Vue.js, PHP, CSS, and HTML5 to implement innovative and efficient solutions.
• Integrate and customize payment gateways to enable smooth and secure transactions.
• Implement and maintain REST API integrations with external platforms, such as logistics providers, inventory systems, and marketing tools.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, adhering to responsive design principles.
• Optimize website performance, including page load times, database queries, and caching mechanisms.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications, ensuring high-quality code and user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web development, proposing innovative ideas to improve our website functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure the implementation of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Work closely with other teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, to understand their requirements and implement necessary website features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs reported by users or internal stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Web Developer with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Laravel 8 (or newer version) and Vue.js frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Experience in integrating and customizing payment gateways, such as PayPal, Stripe, or similar providers.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and usage.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and proficiency in working with MySQL or other database systems.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience in developing e-commerce websites and familiarity with industry-standard practices.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for e-commerce websites.
• Experience with other front-end frameworks, such as React or Angular.
• Understanding of server management and cloud-based hosting platforms.
