Role Purpose

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for handling medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, and materials from receiving through to delivery. This role ensures all warehousing processes are carried out efficiently, adhering to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and inventory control measures.


Key Responsibilities

Checking, Receiving, Put Away, Picking, and Delivery

  • Responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, and delivery of materials, consumables, and medications.
  • Ensures that all materials are stored correctly and in the right conditions.

Inventory Control and Monitoring

  • Monitor expiration dates of materials and consumables.
  • Report discrepancies in inventory and ensure accurate transactions on the system.
  • Minimize expired stock and maintain low inventory discrepancies.

Safety and Quality Control

  • Ensure adherence to high safety standards.
  • Regularly check warehouse facilities for compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote a safe work environment.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Work closely with internal departments, including operational staff at hospitals and clinics.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth material handling and delivery.
  • Provide accurate daily operational data


Skills and Qualifications

Essential Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of warehouse and materials management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements for pharmaceuticals handling in Saudi Arabia.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with materials management in pharmaceuticals and medical consumables.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain operations, CPIM, or Pharmacy Diploma Degree.

Desired Education & Skills:

  • A relevant high school diploma or degree.
  • Experience with warehouse operations and inventory control
