Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Operating hand lift or powered fork lift, or by other methods, moves material according to work order and material transfer sheets; supplies material to manufacturing, packaging, shipping, receiving and other departments.
- Warehouse operators must adhere to relevant health and safety rules and regulations at all times. This includes wearing protective clothing and operating tools and machinery safely according to company protocol.
- Maintains tidiness and cleanliness in the warehouse; stores materials in designated areas.
- Ensures that material transfer activities are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Verifies and ensures that materials pulled from inventory that supply other departments are accurate; compares work orders to material transfer sheets.
- Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures.
- Stock taking and inventory, conducts physical inventory as required.
- Preparing the delivery for the home patient.
- Loading Finished goods to the customers.
- Off loading container shipments.
- Operating hand lift or powered fork lift, or by other methods, moves material according to work order and material transfer sheets; supplies material to manufacturing, packaging, shipping, receiving and other departments.
