Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintain optimal stock levels of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals to prevent shortages or expiry items and conduct agile practices to get the proper inventory turnover.
  • Ensure the medical items and pharmaceuticals are stored under proper conditions as per standard warehouse running documents and procedures.
  • Receive and supervise the inbound and outbound medical supplies, medications and ensure the quality and standards of these items are as per the regulatory requirements.
  • Analyses inventory levels, inventory positioning, correct inventory system, verify the accuracy and troubleshoots immediate inventory inaccuracies.
  • Oversee warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and ensure proper labeling and categorization of items.
  • Manage schedules and performance of warehouse.
  • Develop a contingency plan for supply chain disruptions.
  • Keep stock control systems up to date, plan future capacity requirements.
  • Manage and ensure the rejected, damaged, and expired stock are disposed of, as per the waste disposal process.
  • Ensure quality, delivery budget, and environmental objectives are met.
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.
  • Communicate with supervisors, vendors, departments and staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns and keep working closely with procurement and medical departments.
  • Provides information and assistance for inventory policies and/or procedures.
  • Produce reports and statistics, as required.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in supply chain or pharmacy, preferably have at least 1 year of working experience in a similar role
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Attention to detail and excellent numeric accuracy.
  • Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
  • Good team working & communication skills
  • Fair knowledge understanding of the entire Warehouse process and the logistics, supply chain sector, CPIM, CSCP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of medical items and supplies.
  • Ability to understand and follow organizational procedures.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Have experience in demand forecasting.
  • Can start ASAP.
