Waiter / Waitress

As a Waiter / Waitress, you will deliver outstanding dining experiences by providing attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Recommend menu items based on guests' preferences and dietary needs.
• Ensure tables are properly set and cleaned before and after service.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or resort is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
