We are looking for a skilled and friendly Waiter to join our team. The Waiter will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility-

• Greet and seat customers
• Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
• Ensure tables are clean and tidy
• Collaborate with other staff to provide exceptional service

Job Summary-

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before seating customers
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
• Upsell menu items and specials to increase revenue
  
  

Candidate Requirements-

• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Food safety training is a plus
• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
