• Solid experience using digital tools and platforms relevant to institutional work (e.g., Google Docs, Excel, Google Workspace, meeting tools).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft formal content (e.g., minutes, reports, policies).
• Ability to analyze problems and suggest development or improvement proposals.
• High level of commitment to society and national regulations, professional confidentiality, and organizational conduct.
• Prior experience in institutional, volunteer, or similar fields is preferred.
