In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring they have an exceptional and memorable experience. Your ability to connect with people, provide valuable insights, and deliver personalized service will be key to creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and Inform: Greet and assist visitors, providing them with relevant information about our services, events, or facilities. Answer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Enhance Visitor Experience: Actively identify opportunities to enrich the visitor journey by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Promote Offerings: Share details about special events, programs, or products to increase participation and drive engagement
- Maintain Relationships: Build rapport with repeat visitors and develop lasting connections to foster loyalty.
- Coordinate Operations: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth visitor flow and address any challenges promptly.
- Monitor Feedback: Collect and analyze visitor feedback to continuously improve services and identify areas for enhancement.
- Support Events: Assist in the planning and execution of visitor-centric events or activities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- 5 years in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role involving direct interaction with clients or visitors.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. A natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
