We are looking for a meticulous Virtual Data Quality Controller to oversee and ensure the quality of data entries into our company databases and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have strong quality control skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to data excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the quality of data entries from various sources.
- Verify and correct data as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Perform regular data backups and digital filing.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data quality control is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
- Excellent quality control and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with data entry software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
