We are looking for a dynamic Vertical Sales Manager (VS) focused on Direct Solution Sales for the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical segment in Saudi Arabia. In addition to championing Solution Sales, this role involves promoting our extensive product and services portfolio to Vertical Focus Accounts in synergy with Business Units, Customer Services (CS), and Area Sales (ARS). The ideal candidate will identify and cultivate relationships with end-customers in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors, working closely with the Vertical Sales Marketing Manager (VSM) within Business Units Process Automation to ensure maximum market penetration. Key responsibilities include generating business leads, participating actively in Bottom-Up Business Planning and Sales Strategy development, and maintaining Market Transparency to drive success.

Your Role - Challenging and Future-Oriented!

Direct responsibility of (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical) specific solution business sales as per the assigned Budget Target in Saudi Arabia and ensure opportunity generation as well as that the relevant market is served efficiently. Reporting line is the Head of Vertical Sales. Additionally, demonstrate close coordination with CS team, Business Units, Business Administration and Quotation Center Team in the KSA. You will represent Siemens in all sales/strategic activities and act as interface between the End Customer/ Consultant /EPC and the internal Siemens organization.

  • Development opportunities from (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical) End-Customers in close cooperation with Business Units, Customer Support and Area Sales and exploit the maximum potential from the key (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical) accounts in KSA.
  • Develop customer development plans and fulfil the Budget Target Volume from Focus Accounts in the (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical) Sector.
  • Lead Generation from Key Vertical (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical) End-Customers in KSA (key focus should be on R331 Direct Sol Business growth).
  • Identification the (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical) End-Customer Potential and maintain the same in the CRM tool (Si-Sales) to increase market transparency - Close coordination with Vertical Sub-Segment (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical) to identify respective local & international business potentials in regional market.
  • Keep the CRM (Si-Sales) tool regularly updated and creation of Sales funnel reports for monthly reviews from CRM (Si-Sales) tool.
  • Active participation in Vertical Sales (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical) Annual Budget Bottom-Up Planning with in-hands info on customer CAPEX/OPEX .

Your Qualifications and Skills - Digital and Solid!

  • Expected degree qualification and/or major: Engineering Degree, Preferred Electrical/Electronics/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation & Control.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the region on Similar Portfolio DCS/SCADA/PLC/ Process Instrumentation, Industrial networking Solutions and Industry 4.0 eco system.
  • Expected degree qualification and/or major: Engineering Degree.
  • O&G and Petrochemical expertise.
  • Language skills: Arabic & English.
  • Saudi Nationals are preferred.
