Job Overview:

The Venue Manager is responsible for the overall management, readiness, and performance of the EFG KSA Studio which also serves as EFG's KSA headquarters. This includes day-to-day venue operations, tenant and client coordination, maintenance oversight, and ensuring the facility operates to international standards of safety, efficiency, and presentation. The role bridges operational excellence with commercial awareness, ensuring the venue remains a benchmark for EFG's delivery standards across the region.

Location: Riyadh

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring all spaces (studio, offices, shared areas) are maintained, clean, and operationally ready.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for venue opening, closing, and daily procedures.
  • Coordinate event setup, breakdown, and venue readiness for internal and external users.
  • Maintain clear scheduling of all venue bookings, ensuring no conflicts between operational and corporate use.
  • Manage and mentor the Deputy Venue Manager, IT Manager, and Facilities Manager, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Lead regular coordination meetings to review operational performance, maintenance needs, and upcoming bookings.
  • Foster collaboration across departments — especially Production, IT, Facilities, and Events — to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, EFG safety standards, and any local authority requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Health, Safety & Security on all inspections, drills, and emergency protocols.
  • Manage venue operational budgets, including maintenance, utilities, and consumables.
  • Track and report costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency and savings.
  • Support procurement processes for venue-related suppliers and service providers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners using the venue.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders for all activations and events.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming environment reflecting EFG's brand values.
  • Support senior leadership in developing future upgrades, space optimization, and commercial usage strategies.
  • Propose operational improvements and innovations to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and guest experience.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum 6–8 years' experience in venue management, live events, studios, or facility operations, preferably within Saudi Arabia or GCC.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills; ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with scheduling, maintenance, and operational reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of HSE and local building regulations.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English.

Please note: This position is exclusively open to Saudi nationals, currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires hybrid attendance, with regular in-office presence at our Riyadh location as per business needs.
