Job Description

As a Registration Officer, you will be responsible for registering vehicles to customers and visit/coordinate with police traffic authorities on a regular basis

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all the necessary documents are available prior registration
• Proceed with vehicle registration by adhering to company policies and procedures
• Handing over and transfer of custom cards to customers
• Visit Moroor (traffic authority) on regular basis
• Monitor plates stock and order when necessary to maintain operation
• Reflect all information and tasks on saleforce as per company procedures
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Coordinate closely with delivery planning to set priorities and timelines
• Stay up-to-date with local regulations especially with traffic department
• Call customers to guide them through the registration process & to settle violations if any
• Transfer of ownership of used vehicles from/to company and customers
  
  

Qualifications

• Confident and well experienced individual
• High communication skills with high rank customers
• Previous contact with Moroor is a plus
• Driving license and 5+ years of driving experience is a must
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
