About this opportunity:

We at Ericsson are excited to present this opportunity for an VAS Front Office Engineer . This role is critical to our operations, filled with responsibilities that aim to ensure our customers continuously enjoy services performing at utmost efficiency.

What you will do:

• Escalation of all critical & degraded issues which are impacting network KPI’s.
• real time monitoring of VAS Network.
• Follow up on all Critical/Major cases.
• Handling the daily customer complaints.
• real time monitoring of Core/VAS Network.
• Flexible in working different shifts.
• Escalation of all critical & degraded issues which are impacting network KPI’s.
• Follow up on all Critical/Major cases.
• Performing initial checks for the daily customer complaints.
• Responsible for HO reports during specific shifts & upload accordingly

The skills you bring:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Telecom or IT
• Basic knowledge about VAS network
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Be able to work independently
• Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands.
• Must be able to work to tight time scales.
• High degree of analytical and investigative abilities.
• Good knowledge in Databases
• Good knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting Skills
• Programming skills (Java/Groovy, PHP, JavaScript, Python)
• Linux HW knowledge.
