Eden Brown has an opportunity for an experienced Urban Economist / Economic Development Specialist to join our client in delivering a landmark urban regeneration project in Riyadh. This is a rare opportunity to shape urban planning and drive strategic development in one of the Middle Easts most vibrant cities.
We are looking to connect with professionals who bring 10-15 years of experience in property development, urban regeneration, or real estate investment. Candidates must demonstrate proven expertise in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and feasibility assessments, with a strong track record in managing large-scale redevelopment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial feasibility studies, maintain investment evaluation models, and conduct scenario planning.
Identify redevelopment opportunities, perform market research, and align proposals with the city's master plan.
Prepare detailed reports, support commercial negotiations, and validate project budgets while collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve financial and strategic goals.
Requirements:
Proficiency in financial modelling and software such as Excel, ARGUS, and EstateMaster, coupled with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data. Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian real estate market and regulatory framework is highly advantageous.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Property Development, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
