Job Title: Typhoon CEESIM Modeller

Job Purpose
BAE Systems is the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons.
BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is committed to supporting the Saudi Arabian National Agenda including Saudisation and the training and development of Saudi National capability through the growth of the Saudi National Partner Companies thereby reinforcing Industrialisation and Partnerships.
The main accountabilities for the Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulator (CEESIM) role are to assist the RSAF to set up, operate and maintain the Typhoon EWOS capability along with training RSAF staff in all aspects of Typhoon CEESIM Modelling.

Job Accountabilities
- The key responsibilities will include, but not limited to generating, testing and verification of Typhoon CEESIM models. Converting existing Tornado models to be Typhoon CEESIM compatible as well as developing and maintaining processes and procedures.
- Reporting to the RSAF T&V Rig Supervisor for all operational and technical aspects:
- Understanding of System Engineering, Through Life Capability Management and Integrated Business Model and convert these into the solutions required (including Organisations, People and Processes).
- Be innovative & capable to create new processes and generate innovative solutions where an existing solution does not exist.
- Influencing is required in this role both externally and internally
- Understanding the role of Prime Contractor.
- Very good overall and broad engineering expertise, familiar with the whole lifecycle.
- Be capable of deal with complex engineering issues.
- An innovative approach to diverse operational, technical and business issues is required.
- Ability to operate effectively with people, stakeholders and Customers (RSAF and MODSAP) at board level and below.
- Ability to support a broad spectrum of interdependency stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate professional, multi-skilled, multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
- Be knowledgeable on Export Control Requirements and may be required
- to handle Export Controlled / ITAR Data.
- Be at the Awareness Level of training
- Experience in CEESIM Modelling
- Graduate of the TSI or its equivalent
- Qualified by the LTEWP training programme
- Experience in Tornado CEESIM modelling is desirable
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications with Windows and Internet search
- Qualified by speciality training
- Qualified Trainer
- Experience in ELINT Analysis is desirable
