Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and integrate SCADA systems to monitor and control the entire TSE treatment process, from initial sewage treatment through to final effluent distribution.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SCADA systems for Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) treatment facilities and water reuse projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of SCADA systems with other automation systems within the TSE facilities.
• Ensure SCADA systems are configured for real-time data acquisition, monitoring, and control of key parameters.
• Implement advanced features for data visualization, alarm management, and real-time reporting within the SCADA system to optimize operations and ensure compliance with water quality standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to SCADA systems, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of TSE treatment plants.
• Develop and maintain HMI displays and dashboards to enable operators to monitor and control plant operations effectively.
• Ensure that SCADA systems meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices for TSE treatment and water reuse.
• Provide technical leadership and support for SCADA system installations, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance activities for TSE projects.
• Perform detailed system analysis, optimization, and upgrade recommendations for SCADA systems based on performance reviews and data insights.
• Document SCADA system designs, configurations, procedures, and system architecture to ensure compliance and facilitate future upgrades.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and senior engineers, to provide updates on SCADA system performance and progress in TSE projects.
• Mentor and guide junior SCADA engineers and technicians in the design, implementation, and maintenance of SCADA systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in SCADA systems, water treatment, and TSE management, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in system design and functionality.
