Travel Managment Officer - JASARA PMC

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transportation & Logistic Support. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and management of transportation and logistics operations for our civil engineering projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely delivery of personnel, equipment, and materials to project sites, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and optimizing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule transportation of personnel, equipment, and materials to project sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for transportation and logistics operations.
• Monitor and track transportation activities, providing timely updates to project teams.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including invoices, receipts, and maintenance logs.
• Assist with the procurement and sourcing of transportation services and vendors.
• Work closely with project teams to develop and implement transportation plans.
• Identify and resolve transportation and logistics issues in a timely manner.
• Support warehouse and inventory management activities as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in transportation and logistics support roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software is a plus.
