Travel Executive Overview

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Travel Executive who can support our growing Operations Team. As the Travel Executive, you will have a diverse and varied role. You’ll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide advice to clients on travel options and assist in planning suitable trips
• Make flight and hotel reservations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
• Issue e-tickets and handle modifications or cancellations
• Manage client files and bookings, ensuring the accuracy of all data
• Coordinate with travel service providers to ensure the best prices and quality
• Offer support to clients before, during, and after their trips
• Handle customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
• Stay updated on promotional offers and developments in the travel and tourism industry
  
  

Qualifications

• Education to degree level or higher; in lieu of education, directly related experience of at least five years within a travel or airline company
• Comprehensive travel management of corporate client accounts
• Previous experience of servicing VIP corporate clients
• Strong understanding of corporate travel policies
• Advanced GDS user (Galileo preferred)
• IATA Certificate in travel & tourism (preferred)
