Objective
The Traffic Representative aims to facilitate procedures related to traffic incidents, such as filing claims, processing documents, and coordinating with relevant authorities to ensure effective resolution of incidents.

Filing Claims: Prepare and submit claims related to traffic incidents, such as insurance compensation or accident reports.
Communication with Authorities: Coordinate with police, insurance companies, and other governmental entities to obtain necessary information.
Document Collection: Gather all required documents, such as accident reports, witness statements, and damage photos.
Follow-Up on Procedures: Monitor the status of claims and ensure timely processing.
Providing Advice: Advise clients on their rights and procedures following incidents.
Problem Resolution: Address any issues or inquiries related to incidents and legal procedures.
