Traffic Manager

Job Description

The Traffic Manager is responsible for managing workflow and ensuring the smooth movement of projects between different departments including 2D, 3D, Concept, and Planning across Egypt and Riyadh offices. This role serves as the operational backbone of the creative team, maintaining timelines, delegating tasks, tracking deliverables, and ensuring team alignment to meet deadlines efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong communication and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage project flow across departments (2D, Concept, 3D Design, Planning).

Allocate tasks to appropriate team members based on project requirements and capacity.

Monitor timelines and deliverables, flagging any potential delays and resolving bottlenecks.

Maintain project documentation, timelines, and trackers.

Coordinate daily check-ins and schedule updates across teams.

Ensure each project stage is completed on time and handed over seamlessly to the next phase.

Serve as a central point of communication between creative, production, and management teams.

Support in identifying team workload issues and suggest solutions to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic/project coordination within a creative agency or studio.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in project management software/tools.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and solve problems.
