Traffic Manager

The Role

We're seeking a creative and dynamic Traffic Manager to join our fast-paced embedded team on-site with our Riyadh client. The ideal candidate will have experience across all areas of production and post-production. You will lead an execute client campaigns across multiple channels whilst working closely with our production team. Ensuring projects are planned and delivered to strict deadlines and budgets. If you have a proven track record, a passion for creative excellence, and a desire to deliver impactful content for a global audience, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Time management of high-quality content that meets project goals, collaborating effectively with client stakeholders, client agency teams and Hogarth teams.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the process.
• Estimate, manage and oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring creative excellence, adherence to deadlines, and budget compliance.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day production teams schedules, across multipul creative development, shoot and post-production projects.
• Meticulous tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to project success, such as on-time delivery rates, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Set Up and attend status meetings on a regular basis with all stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Explore and develop new avenues of potential work.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this Traffic Manager role will have 7+ years of experience in traffic management, production coordination, or project management within a creative environment. They should be:

• A highly organized project manager with a strong ability to plan, schedule, and oversee multiple projects across production and post-production.
• An excellent communicator, capable of maintaining clear and consistent communication with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners.
• Experienced in creative production, with a deep understanding of workflows, timelines, and budget management.
• A strategic thinker, able to anticipate potential bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
• A people-focused leader, skilled in managing and coordinating production teams while fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Detail-oriented and analytical, adept at tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as project timelines, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Process-driven, committed to streamlining operations, optimizing workflows, and improving overall efficiency.
• Client-focused, dedicated to delivering high-quality results while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships.
• A problem solver, able to adapt quickly to changing project needs and find innovative solutions under pressure.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, capable of handling multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
