The Job in a Nutshell

Trade Marketing Manager plays a critical role in supporting sales teams and driving revenue growth. He is the focal point between marketing and sales, driving product demand and sales environments, and creating effective marketing strategies (including driving excellent digital marketing strategies) to boost product visibility and merchants’ interest, in addition, to enhancing brand visibility.

What You Will Do

• Developing and executing the Trade Marketing plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget.
• Improving brand presence and campaign execution through excellence in planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
• Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
• Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected
• Build, plan, and implement the overall up & cross selling digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, app, social media, and more.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Stay up to date with the industry’s latest technology and best practices.
• Monitor and keep an eye out for competition and provide suggestions for improvements.
• Motivate, train, and guide the trade & digital marketing team.
• Thoroughly measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess them against ROI and KPIs.
  
  

What Are We Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Digital.
• Excellent and hands-on experience with digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software).
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data
• Familiar with new trends and technologies occurring in the digital world.
• Ability to come up with creative ideas that strengthen company marketing positions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up.
• Great communication and critical thinking skills.
