How You’ll Make an Impact
- Controlling & management of assets including asset verification, tools calibrations, third party certifications & assets retirement with close coordination of technical team.
- Proficiently work on TCTP (Tool Control and Tracking Program) to actively manage tools requirements. Utilize the TCTP system for required administrative support such as new tool entries, catalog alterations, pricing reviews, adjustments & inventory controls etc.
- Responsible to prepare rental quotations for tooling center SE Dammam Hub, in accordance with sites requirements with close contacts with project managers.
- Timely & accurately billing alignment with customers & providing inputs to tooling center management for monthly forecast.
- Active support to SCM team for tooling center procurement activities, ensuring compliance with P2P process.
- Ensuring FA registrar correctness by taking appropriate actions for any changes in assets data base.
- Provide back office as well as “on the floor” support to ensure that tool orders are being satisfied with safety, quality, and schedule to meet the needs of customers.
- Support tooling center team in CAPEX requests, by providing required inputs for investment evaluation.
- Negotiate & follow up with suppliers for timely refilling the materials, create purchase requisition in SAP, delivery follow ups to facilitate the outages.
- Support in all relevant Internal RIC audit, external audit, logistics and export control topics.
- Actively participate in ad hoc tasks given by line manager.
What you Bring
- A university degree in business, with a preference in supply chain management or finance.
- Individuals with more than 5 years of experience in the supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehousing.
- A willingness to work in the Tooling Center and on various project sites.
- Good knowledge of work in TCTP (Tool Control and Tracking Program) is highly desirable.
- Experience in procurement & controlling of orders, SAP proficiency is must.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- A result-driven mindset, strong team player capabilities, and self-motivation.
