Job Description

We are seeking a creative and data-driven TikTok Strategist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing TikTok strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with content creators, influencers, and internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that align with our business goals.

If you are passionate about short-form video, understand TikTok trends inside out, and know how to balance creativity with performance analytics, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Research and identify trends, sounds, and formats to create engaging and viral short-form videos.
• Plan, manage, and optimize both organic and paid TikTok campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and internal teams to amplify brand reach.
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, CPL, conversions).
• Continuously test creative concepts, targeting methods, and funnel strategies to maximize ROI.

Requirement

• Proven experience in TikTok content creation and ads management.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and lead-generation campaigns.
• Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling, design, and trends.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in education, ed-tech, or consumer brands is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
