We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst with 3 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test cases.
- Execute manual and automated tests across various platforms and environments.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
