Position Summary

The person will be responsible for the development of the Ormco business activities in Saudi Arabia & Bahrain. To stay focused on the efforts necessary to achieve quality results consistent with the company goals and demonstrates the ability to achieve effective results.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Represent Ormco in the designed territory of his/her responsibility.
  • Achieve sales results by meeting or exceeding the assigned sales target.
  • Conduct 6 sales calls daily on End Users (120 Sales Calls per month).
  • Conduct major conversions, at least 2 per month.
  • Plan a balanced geographic sales calls cycle to assure a full coverage for the whole assigned territory.
  • Submit a weekly & monthly sales report on time.
  • Effectively use the sales tools and Demo while making the sales call to maximize the benefit.
  • Have an excellent product knowledge and know very well the features and benefits of Ormco products & the competition and to communicate that easily to the customer.
  • Conduct group presentations for end users.
  • To be informative by supporting the End User by providing him/her all the product information and data they might need, advice and act as a trouble shooter by supporting their needs, make the sales call close and get the order.
  • Train and guide the dealer representatives, maintain an excellent relation with them, work with them closely and join them in weekly dual sales calls.
  • Make sure that the dealer representative follows the sales lead in an effective way.
  • Get feedback from the End Users regarding their satisfaction of Ormco products and to report any problems or complaints they might have,
  • Get feedback from the market regarding the competitors and to report any activities or promotional offers they do.
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with the KOLs and decision makers.
  • Always respond to and maintain deadlines.
  • Empower self and others through effective, collaborative relationships that accomplish organizational objectives.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the orthodontic dental business (Dentist is preferable)
  • Excellent presentation & computer skills
  • Excellent command of English language
