Technology Manager

About the Role

Squadio is currently hiring a Technology Manager for one of our leading clients in Jeddah, KSA. This is a full-time onsite role with a 12-month contract, which may be extended based on the client’s business needs

Job Overview

• Lead, facilitate, and participate in company and team level strategy initiative
• Identify opportunities and risks, recommend, develop, implement and support industry-leading digital and technology solution
• Primary owner of operating relationships with tech partners and vendor
• Serve as a working project manager for projects and program
• Directly partner with the marketing team at all levels to support the development of marketing strategies with appropriate digital capabilities as part of the coordinated pla
• Develop and review budgets and ensure they comply with stated goals, guidelines, and objective
• Create business cases for investment in deep partnerships with industry vertical ISVs and drive strategic outcomes through executive engagemen
• Actively support the resolution of ambiguous, complex problems that cross organizational boundarie
• Manage and provide direction and mentorship to a growing tea
• Oversee privacy and data governance matter
• Develop client specific roadmaps/paths for success and business outcome

• Conduct weekly one on one and regular team meeting
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure compliance with standard
• System engineering skills to decompose technical solutions into effective cost model
• Ensure that all components of the IT infrastructure are maintained appropriatel
• Build confidence and inspire support through a convincing presentation styl
• Develop and maintain standard and subscription reports for obtaining statistics and demographics from the organizations software suit
• Requires both strategic planning and tactical executio
• Actively develop new approaches and opportunities for expanding customer bas
• Document software policies, procedures, data standards/flows and change orders for new or revised database function
• Ensure hardware and software operate in conformance with specification

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or any similar major.
• 7 - 8 Years of experience in the same field.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, J2EE, Hibernate, JPA).
• Experience with Angular for building dynamic and interactive web interface
• Expertise in PL/SQL for database queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Jasper Reports for generating, customizing, and integrating reports.good experience with front-end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and related patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
