Position: Technician - EDMS

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the EDMS, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, performing system upgrades and updates, and conducting regular maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with the EDMS Manager and other team members to ensure the system is running efficiently and effectively
• Train new users on the EDMS and provide ongoing support and guidance to existing users
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all EDMS activities, including user access and permissions, system configurations, and data backups
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements to optimize the use of the EDMS
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices related to EDMS technology and make recommendations for system improvements as needed
• Provide technical support to other departments and teams as needed
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with experience in EDMS systems
• Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems and related technologies
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluency in English is required, fluency in Arabic is a plus
